WTV Video contest

What I liked about this project is that it gave me a better understanding of making and editing videos. What I disliked was that we had such little time to do the movie, that we didnt get to learn as much as I would have liked. The hardest thing for me was that we had little time and alot to do so we were rushing alot.

Photo Phix

I chose the project I did because that moment was a special day in my life. First, I got a color from the eyedropper and selected only the skirt of the stage and I painted it in and over the arm. Then, I got the logo from further down the skirt and moved it to the end of the picture and used the burn tool to make it look a little shaded. Then, I took out the arm and fixed the stage by using the eyedropper again and selected a color and where I wanted to repair it and I brushed it in and made the crack with the rubber stamp tool. Next, I used the rubber stamp tool to fix the wall and parking lot behind the arm. After that, I took out the wires with the rubber stamp tool and to make it blend in, I used the smudge and blur tools. Finally, I took out the trash can by using the rubber stamp tool and isolating the trash can.

CD Cover

Some filters I used are the neon glow and the lighting effects filters. I used the neon glow on the digital photo, this made the people look black and white with 1 color in it and it gave the CD a darker look. I used the lighting effects filter because I didn’t like the way the light was coming into the image so I made it behind the people. Some layer styles I used are outer glows and inner glows to make my text more readable.

Valentines Day Card

I got all of my brushes off of myPhotoshopbrushes.com. I used a set called baloon heart brushes for the two hearts that are visible. I also used a heart from a set just called heart many times to get the background.

Web Banner

My web banner reflects me because my favorite color is red so I put it as my background. Also, because when I was looking at the shapes, I thought the star looked really cool so I put that in but it looked way flat so I added effects and I really like the way it looks now. That is how my banner reflects me.

Auto Ad

My design would be the best because you can clearly tell what I am advertising. Also, because it tells the viewer where Antonio’s Dream Cars is located. Next, because none of the colors are obnoxious and the words add to the picture using visual effects. Finally, because it is easy to look at. That is why I think mine is the best.

Crazy Pic

My favorite photoshop selection tool is the quick selection tool. I like it because it gives you a good start if you are trying to select something. I also like the quick selection tool because it is easy to use and if you mess up, you can fix your error. Another reason I like the quick selection tool is because most the time it gets the right thing that you want. That is why the quick selection tool is my favorite selection tool.
